This chapter sets claims GMU will and will not make: assessed awards, completion by connectivity band, and refusal to count abandoned carts as ‘learners reached’. A digital global university can expand access to assessed higher education for working adults. It cannot, by itself, fix school systems or connectivity grids. GlobalMind University should publish an SDG-related account that a sceptic can audit. That is the research standard this chapter defends.
