The employee who studies at 04:00 because GlobalMind University rotated a seminar into their dawn is also the employee whose manager still schedules ‘quick’ reviews at headquarters close of business. This degree trains managers to see that collision: dual loads, integrity of online assessment (no ghostwriting), and fairness when some switchers have fibre and some have a phone hotspot. You will not receive CIPD or SHRM by this award. You will write a manager protocol that states what the organisation will and will not adjust for online study, how hubs may help with logistics, and how English assessment remains the academic standard. No campus networking myth. The network is the distributed cohort and the workplace that must not punish APAC sleep. Cases follow the employee-student: the person sitting a GlobalMind seminar at dawn and a performance review at headquarters dusk. You will write what the organisation will adjust and what it will not, how academic integrity is not the employer’s webcam, and how English assessment remains the university’s standard even when the workplace chat is in Spanish or Hindi. Internal mobility data, if used, is anonymised. The degree is management literacy for dual loads, not a second HR practising certificate and not a campus MBA networking myth.
