This MA trains leaders to keep the promise: a student in Recife can get Portuguese logistics help at a humane hour; a student in Lucknow can get Hindi navigation; a Spanish speaker may, on stated modules, submit assessed work in Spanish. None of that silently converts every GMU award into a trilingual degree. You will roster follow-the-sun support, write QA that samples all three hub languages, and design wellbeing referral pathways that do not claim clinical practice. Seminars rotate. No UN student-affairs logo. Leadership of services, not a campus dean’s house. Leadership artefacts include a rota, a QA sample plan across three hub languages, a complaints pathway, and a wellbeing referral map that does not invent a clinic. Optional bilingual assessment is module-stated so transcripts stay truthful. Portuguese support does not silently become Portuguese marking. Chat-channel safeguarding and 03:00 duty of care are operations, not slogans. GlobalMind University will not licence you as a counsellor. The capstone operating model must be staffable, timezone-fair, and explicit about what hubs must never touch.
