GMU and IU Germany Unveil International Curriculum for MSc in AI & European Autonomous Systems
GlobalMind University and IU International University of Applied Sciences have officially released the complete modular curriculum for the dual MSc Artificial Intelligence & Autonomous Systems.
The 18-month programme equips engineers with theoretical and applied competencies in neural perception, reinforcement learning, robotics middleware (ROS 2), and computer vision. Crucially, the programme integrates comprehensive training in the European Union AI Act, algorithmic bias auditing, and safety-critical system verification.
"Technical proficiency in AI is meaningless if the engineer cannot guarantee system safety and regulatory compliance," explained the Lead Professor of Autonomous Systems. "Our graduates master the full lifecycle — from training deep neural architectures to passing formal European safety certifiability audits."
Students complete 12 rigorous laboratory assignments on cloud-hosted robotics simulators, culminating in a supervised joint master's thesis evaluated by German and GMU faculty examiners.
