Master of Public Policy Dual Award Prepares Multilateral Leaders for Global Climate Finance Governance

The Department of Public Policy & Global Affairs has admitted its newest cohort to the dual Master of Public Policy & Global Sustainability programme, delivered in partnership with the Arizona State University Network.

The cohort comprises diplomats, civil servants, environmental economists, and multilateral development specialists representing 34 countries. Modules focus on sovereign climate finance mechanisms, carbon border adjustments, renewable energy transition governance, and multilateral negotiation tactics.

"Addressing the climate crisis requires policymakers who understand both the scientific realities and the complex mechanics of international development finance," stated the Programme Lead. "Through our dual transatlantic degree, scholars analyze real UN climate treaty negotiations and draft actionable sovereign policy frameworks."

Graduates of the MPP track receive two official diplomas, granting them full academic and professional credentials in the United States and worldwide.
