European ECTS Credit Portability: GMU and IU International University Finalise Mutual Dual Degree Framework
GlobalMind University and IU International University of Applied Sciences (Germany) have finalized an extensive mutual recognition treaty, ensuring seamless European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) credit portability across four dual master's and bachelor's programmes.
IU International, Germany's largest state-accredited private university and a FIBAA-accredited institution, collaborates with GMU on the MSc Artificial Intelligence & Autonomous Systems, MSc Financial Technology & Digital Banking, MSc Cloud Systems Architecture & DevOps, and BA Business Psychology & Organisational Behaviour.
Graduates will earn 180 European ECTS credits alongside their GMU credentials, ensuring legal recognition and professional practice rights across all 27 European Union member states, the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), and internationally.
