GlobalMind University Law Faculty Publishes Multilingual Charter on Autonomous Systems Liability

The Faculty of Global Law at GMU has published the 'Universal Charter on Autonomous Decision Systems', a 120-page comparative jurisprudence framework addressing legal liability for autonomous software and AI agents.

Co-authored by thirty-four legal scholars across twelve jurisdictions, the charter provides corporate boards and legislative bodies with actionable frameworks for algorithmic negligence, data attribution, and cross-border liability enforcement.
